Welcome to Stud Logix UK. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our service is designed to provide a premium environment for the curation and trade of investment-grade collectibles.

To use the Stud Logix UK marketplace, you must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the United Kingdom or other supported jurisdictions. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

When purchasing a set or minifigure, you are entering into a legally binding contract with the seller. You are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy. All prices are listed in £ (GBP).

Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and high-quality photographs of their items. You agree to fulfill orders promptly and communicate professionally with buyers. Stud Logix UK reserves the right to remove listings that do not meet our curation standards.

Sellers pay a 4% commission on the final sale price. Buyers pay a Secure Transaction Fee of 1.5% + 20p, which covers secure payment processing and buyer protection. All payments are processed securely through Ryft. Funds are held until the buyer confirms receipt of the item; once the buyer accepts the item, the sale is final and the seller is paid out. If no issue is raised, funds are released automatically after a set period.

Stud Logix UK strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit products, "clones," or non-genuine components. Any seller found listing fraudulent items will be permanently banned from the platform.

Buyer protection covers your purchase until you confirm the item. If an item does not arrive, or arrives not as described, damaged, counterfeit, or as the wrong item, you may open a dispute from your order page before confirming receipt. We will review the evidence from both sides and, if the dispute is upheld, issue a refund. Once you confirm and accept the item, the sale is final and no refund can be issued, so please inspect your item carefully before accepting.

All content on the Stud Logix UK platform, including logos, designs, and database structures, is the property of Stud Logix UK and is protected by copyright laws. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies, which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this site.

By uploading photographs or other content to Stud Logix UK, you grant Stud Logix UK a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable right and licence to use, store, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and display that content — including in active, sold, and archived listings, in aggregated pricing and market data, and in marketing and promotional materials across any channel or platform — without further notice, attribution, or compensation. You confirm that any photographs you upload are your own original work and that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence. You may request removal of a specific image from active listings; however, this licence survives in respect of copies already used in archives, aggregated market data, or published marketing materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stud Logix UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or market fluctuations in collectible values.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email alerts or prominently displayed on our homepage. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
